Case Management - General Question on Case Master (F1755)
Hi, I'm kind of new to Case Management and trying to support it. There's a table called Case Master (F1755) and a program called Case Entry (P17500) and from the looks of it seems like there would be one record for every case, right? It's a Case Masterfile, after all.
But at least on our system, I find that we have multiple records in F1755 for any given case. Seems like every time a status is changed, it writes a new record to F1755 for that case. So our cases have 2,3 or more records in the Case Master. Is this working as designed? Or did we have some customization done that has gone haywire or was designed this way for some reason? I was not involved in the initial implementation, so I am in the dark. All previous IT support people are gone.
