Peoplesoft Expense Fluid Email Notification - change URL from classic to fluid

Hi,

We are currently in process of enabling Travel and expense fluid. Until now we were using classic interface. Users receive email notifications for following actions/event:

1. Notification that ER/TA is pending for approval
2. ER/TA sent back for revision
3. ER/TA has been approved for payment

These emails provide the users a URL, clicking on which takes them to the classic page (Create/Modify ER or Create/Modify TA or approve transactions). We want to change it so that the URL would take them to fluid pages instead. Is there a way to change it from configurations?

We are using variable %1 for URL in our email templates (generic templates).
