Primavera.Cache.Service.exe

With P6 EPPM v19.12 the Primavera.Cache.Service.exe continues to run after users have closed P6, these are NOT Cloud Connect databases and only seems to happen when users are in the Citrix environment. When this happens Citrix won't launch P6 for the user subsequently because the Primavera.Cache.Service.exe is still running. This just started out of the blue in the last week, the Citrix environment has been up for months without this issue.

Any advise or suggestions are welcome.
