Oracle SMSR GUI is not starting. Giving error "SMS NAMING SERVER FAILED"

Hi

We have an oracle SMSR - SMS== Serice Management System with version 6.0.1. I am trying to login into the system but it gives an error as communication with the SMS Naming Server failed. Where can I find this application on CLI and check if it's running?

Is there any document or troubleshooting guide for them as such.
