E1:46: R46171 - Replenishment process not driven by sales order quantity

We have a problem regarding Replenishment Process in Warehouse Management module (Triggered by R46171)

Our process would be to create the sales order using P4210 -> A picking request is created -> We process this request with R46171 (stand alone process).

1.  Method to Use for Replenishment Quantities

Blank = Method '2'

1 = Economic Replenishment.  

2 = Maximum Replenishment

a) Economic: We setup in P46012 a fix replenishment quantity 

b) Maximum replenishment: We fill the picking location
