Health Card

We are using PeopleSoft 9.2, Tools Version 8.55. I have attempted to create a CI that will load data into the GVT_HEALTH_CARD Component but have not had any success. Has anyone successfully done this? We are also in the process of upgrading our tools to version 8.58 so I'm not sure if that is causing the problem. Thanks
