PPIP check box on employee tax override profile and T4

Hi there,

Wondering if anyone can help me with the above. How the box gets checked (other than manually) and why I have some employees that have the PPIP exempt box checked on the T4 when it isn't checked on the profile. Is there something that would trigger it getting checked?
