How does orachk checks for recommanded and installed patches

in AHF - Autonomous Health Framework (TFA - ORACHK) (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

In my case, orachk shows applied patches 30489227,30489632,30557433 but none of them can be found in the RDBMS by use of opatch lsinventory. So I'm a bit confused.

Even that on another server, orachk does not found these patches, but I cannot see any difference.
