Pop UP LOV Display in Oracle APEX 20.2

We recently moved to Oracle Cloud and Apex to 20.2 from 18. What I just noticed is that in one of the modal dialog pages, the pop up lov does not display the list values . When noticed closely, there are very file lines and in between lines is the data. When clicked on any of the lines, values gets selected and appears in the POP up LOV, but we will not know what value is selected until it is selected and displayed in the field instead of POP UP window. At the same time, another Pop UP LOV behaves
