Are there any "My Oracle Support" accessibility options available if your current CSI is retired?

There's a good chance I will lose access to my current CSI number because the client is migrating away from Oracle. What options will I have as an independent contractor to access Oracle's support site and still be able to download content such as patches? Everything I have read so far points to having a valid CSI number associated with your account.
