Supplier questions/messages in iSupplier Portal

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

We have a requirement for Suppliers to be able to send a message through iSupplier Portal to Purchasing Buyer with questions, not just requesting changes, similar to Online Discussions in Sourcing.

Currently using Oracle 12.1.3, have had a quick look at 12.2.9 doesn't appear to add any functionality in this area.

Keen to know how others in the community have been able to satisfy this requirement.
