Oracle 19c under Windows and AMD

we intend to purchase new servers and need to continue using Windows as the operating system.

So far we have only had servers with Intel processors.

Can you possibly tell me if there are difficulties to be expected when using AMD processors for the operation of Oracle databases from 19c. Are special settings necessary?
