How to generate workload report of Container Database

Use case:

We have a container database containing several pluggable databases. We would like to have a clear overview of what percentage of the available resources each pluggable database uses over a given period (for example, last week or last month).

Is the a default report which would help us gather this information or is there a custom report available somewhere?
