EBS Cloud Manager - Bugs I found during provisioning.

HI All,


Just wanted to provide information and details on the bugs I found while doing an Advance Provisioning of an EBS bkp in EBS Cloud Manager.


EBS Cloud Manager version: Oracle-EBS-Cloud-Manager-20.2.1.0.2-2021.02.02


I was a doing an Advance Provisioning of an EBS Backup, apps version 12.2.3 and DB Version 19.7.0.0.0.


1) First issue was while doing the build of the infrastructure. There were some issues while the script tries to download and install packages to build the OS. After further reviewing and support from Oracle we find out that the DNS Resolver configuration of the VNC should be standard. The EBS Cloud Manager documentation is not very clear about it. That should be reinforced.
