How to close W-2c batch with only a voided W-2c

I have a functional user who created a W-2c and saved it, but then realized it wasn't needed. They had not run TAX920US yet, only created and saved. We have tried setting it to void on Create W-2c US/Territories, but we can't get the batch to close to allow for a W-2c in a different year to be processed.

Is there a way to close a W-2c batch when it only contains one voided W-2c? Should be be setting it to 'Closed' instead of 'Void' on Create W-2c US/Territories.

We are using Payroll for North America, 9.2.
