Sales Person not getting carried over on to the service contract from the sales order

Sales Person not getting carried over on to the service contract from the sales order. OKS: Territory Sales Person for First Year Contracts has been set retain but still sales person is not getting carried over on to the service contract from the sales order. Is there any setup that needs to verified here?
