Installment Billing Configuration and Setup

Hello, We are currently trying to do a POC with the Peoplesoft Billing module. We have specific questions on how you setup billing for Installment processing and how does the Create Installment Bills work. We don't find anything particularly useful in Peoplebooks so we're hoping someone would share their documentation with us. Thanks in advance for your help. Spencer
