Derive Legal Entity from Organization

There is a new feature introduced 'Derive Legal Entity from Organization' in R 12.2 in Projects and want to implement the same for contract type project

Need advise on this new functionality setups primarily on GL side

I have setup Legal entities A & B

Operating unit C is same for these two legal entities

Ledger is same for these two legal entities

I have setup Organization C for legal entity A and Organization D for legal entity B

Provider is the Organization C and Receiver is Organization D

In the Accounting setup manager setup for Legal entity Establishment D i have attached Operating unit C and in the Project and Expenditure Organizations region i have attached Organization C
