After upgrade to 11.4 zones cannot boot

Hi all,

after upgrading from 11.3 (0.5.11-0.175.3.35.0.6.0) to 11.4 (11.4-11.4.32.0.1.88.3) the native zones cannot boot any more. We get the following error for several filesystems. They have been added as "fs", not "dataset" when the zones were installed or extended in the past.

zoneadm: zone hmdb071a: verifying fs /home1 failed: ZFS dataset 'zpdb071a/hmdb071a/rpool/home1' is part of top-level delegated dataset 'zpdb071a/hmdb071a'
