Self Service Time Entry, Insufficient available balance error

We are expanding our use of SSTE and have added the use of Leave Types for vacation, sick, etc. In our testing it has been noticed when an employee enters some time records and then enters a vacation record(s) that causes the remaining balance to be exceeded the Insufficient Available Balance error is displayed. When attempting to correct this the record in error is deleted but this caused the previous record to then red line on the hours. At this point this record cannot be deleted so we end up having to Refresh and loose all the previous entered time
