Unable to apply patch on WLS 12.2.1.4

Hello, I'm struggling to solve a problem with applying patch 32698246 (the newest one) on Weblogic Server 12.2.1.4. There are no other installed patches. I updated OPatch tool to newest version 13.9.4.2.5, because patch asked at least version 13.9.4.2.4.

I still get the following error:

OPatch detects the Middleware Home as "/pkg/momw/bea/wls12214"


Verifying environment and performing prerequisite checks...

Skip patch 32698246 from list of patches to apply: This patch is not needed.

After skipping patches with missing components, there are no patches to apply.

OPatch Session completed with warnings.


I found a solution, but it doesn't help at all. Still get the same error.
