With 12.2 configurator how do you setup and use a custom stylesheet?

We are upgrading from 12.1.3 of EBS to 12.2.9 this year. Our issue is it looks like the stylesheet has changed. How do we setup and use a custom stylesheet so that our UIs look more like we have had in the past?
