Does Oracle plan to fix the issue with orphaned rcds after Retro Ben ded load? Doc ID 2498925.1

Doc ID 2498925.1 reports an issue when Retro Ben Deductions are loaded after a pay calc has been run. For employees with single check for multiple jobs, it can sometimes create orphaned pay_line records. The solution offered by Oracle is to rearrange the business process to always load retro benefits before any pay calcs are run. This isn't always practical for our business process so I am hoping there is a code fix in the works?
