Tax Rate Field on R03b505

hello team,

There is something funny I had noticed with the tax rate field that's printed on the print invoice (R03b505) report. The tax amounts of an invoice are calculated correctly however the tax rate seems to be picking up the old rate. In this case the tax rate are is the same with of course different effective and expiration dates.

Can anyone share how and where the tax rates are picked from and how this issue can be addressed? My guess.. the rates are picked from f4008.
