Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

We are planing to upgrade the EBS R12.2.4 upgrade to 12.2.10 and database from 12c to 19c.

Does this upgrade breaks any existing functional setups ?

What are the real scope for other teams required other than DBAs to upgrade ?
