JDE license count

We are licensed for a small number of JDE users.

We had a user retire last month and need to re-use that spot in our license count.

I know you can disable or delete a user id and it is recommended to disable rather than delete.

I believe that disabling a user does not get included in the license count as they would not be authorized to access the system at all.


Is there any way to see the number of users in total we have and maybe even what the license count is (other than finding the original software agreement document)?
