Address/PartySite name already exists for the Supplier.

I am using ap_supplier_sites_int to create new sites for a new operating unit. The address already exists for every new site. Two hundered and one loaded without a problem but 81 more failed with the error message:

 Address/PartySite name already exists for the Supplier. Please enter a unique one.

If found note #Creating a new Supplier Site system display Error "[VENDOR_SITE_CODE] is invalid Address/PartySite name already exists for the Supplier. Please re-enter a unique one.]" (Doc ID 2087864.1).

I am working with #2) Scenario where new vendor site is being created for an existing address

I am on a version of the class file above the one referenced in the note for the patch.
