Assitance with Eligibility rule

Does anyone have an example of eligibility setup that is 1st of the moth following hire date?

This is my setup that I'm testing. It works fine on a new employee, but If I try to run batch enrollment for a mass enrollment for existing employees, it's making their enrollment date the first of the month after their hire date, not the effective date in the processing options for batch enrollment.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
