systemctl status cron error out "Unit cron.service could not be found"

Hi all,

On Linux 7. I am trying to configure crontab but it seems like cron service has not been configured. Please advise how to fix it.

Login root and check status give error

# systemctl status cron

Unit cron.service could not be found.
