runInstaller fails with Exception undefined reference to `jox_eujs_nowait_'

Hello,

the attempt to install 19.11.0 on RHEL7 is failing with the exception shown below

oracle/u01/db/19.11.0/lib//libserver19.a(joxwtp.o): In function `jox_eujs_nowait':
joxwtp.c:(.text+0xf7b): undefined reference to `jox_eujs_nowait_'
make: *** [/oracle/u01/db/19.11.0/rdbms/lib/oracle] Error 1

This is in the stage "Linking Oracle".

Do you have an idea what the problem could be? I raised an SR one week ago but have not heard back from the person assigned.
