Not able to find legal entity organization

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentQuestion

we want to implement new Project R 12.2 feature 'Derive Legal Entity from Organization setup' for Intercompany cross charge transactions for project type contract

I am following metalink note 2629142.1

In the Implementation option setup I have checked the option 'Derive Legal Entity from Organization setup' 

i am aware of rest Projects setup

I have setup 2 LE's LE A and LE B(cross charge LE)

Ledger is the same for these 2 LE's

I have setup Organization C for legal entity A and Organization D for legal entity B (cross charge LE)

Provider is the Organization C and Receiver is Organization D

In the accounting setup manager setup In the Legal Establishment for legal entity B (cross charge LE) I have attached provider Operating unit
