Uninstalling default database options on the ODA

After installing a database on the ODA, I noticed that the options for olap, oaa, partitioning and rat are installed by default. I am not licensed for any of these options so I followed the instructions in the database installation documentation to remove them using the chopt script. I also used the catcon.pl perl script to update the database registries for all of the PDBs by creating a script to execute sys.xoq_validate and sys.aps_validate commands. The catcon.pl script allowed me to update the pdb$seed database so that any new PDBs do not have a problem with mismatched options between the CDB
