Creating Database for OEM in ODA

We have a 19c database that is being used as a repository (OMR) ifor Oracle Cloud Control 13c (OEM). This database was created in a non-ODA server via dbca. During the creation, a specific database template was selected for OEM_13c.

Does anybody know how the same can be done in an ODA X7 HA BM 19.9? I mean, create a database with the desired OEM_13c template.
