Not able to install Oracle BI Publisher on Office 365

I am not able to install oracle bi publisher 12.2.1.4 or 12.2.1.0 64 bit version on my windows. Attaching the screen shots. 

Steps followed. 

1. Ran BIPublisherDesktop64.exe that was down loaded from -> 

https://www.oracle.com/middleware/technologies/analytics-publisher/downloads.html

(Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.4.0 for 64 bit Office on Windows

(248 MB)

2. Asked for register

3. System hangs

4. Clicked and reopened word

5. Saw the BI publisher tab with different menu(2007..) than expected and can't create fields or tables as I did before office 365.
