Why some FSG Report output is different from row set account assignment gl balances?

I want to query one GL Period GL Balances based on row set account assignment. Discover Report output some row result is different from the query GL Balances which based on the row set account assignment.

example:

535 Current Year -01-00000-40100-0000-0000    -01-30600-49020-9999-0000

  Profit/(Loss) -01-00000-50101-0000-0000     -01-30600-51100-9999-0000

          -01-00000-60000-0000-0000   -01-30600-60000-9999-0000

          -01-00000-70000-0000-0000   -01-ZZZZZ-70000-9999-0000

Query result: Total for account 40100-49020, 50101-51100, 60000-60000, 70000-70000

Report result: Total for account 40100-49020, 50101-51100, 60000-69999, 70000-79999
