Oracle 12c RAC Cluster / CRS fails to start after reboot , duplicate voting file found

in Database - RAC/Scalability (MOSC) 1 comment

After reboot machine cluster service fail to start . I found some information from ocssd.log (ocssd.trace) such as :

2021-04-30 18:27:21.925 :  CSSD:1854076672: clssnmFindVF: Duplicate voting file found in the queue of previously discovered disks queued(/dev/asmocrvotedisk3|[dc136cbe-82574f0d-bf8ca8c3-8aa36829]), found(/dev/oracleasm/disks/ORC_VOTE3|[dc136cbe-82574f0d-bf8ca8c3-8aa36829]), is not corrupted

2021-04-30 18:27:21.925 :  CLSF:1854076672: Resolved (/dev/asmocrvotedisk3,/dev/oracleasm/disks/ORC_VOTE3) to NONE

2021-04-30 18:27:21.925 :  CSSD:1854076672: clssnmvDiskCreate: Found a duplicate voting file /dev/asmocrvotedisk3 in the discovery queue which appears to be the same physical device as the newly discovered disk /dev/oracleasm/disks/ORC_VOTE3. Rejecting both these files
