Can R31802A Subledgering be limited to exclude inventory accounts?

We are using JDE E9.1

With the Subledger Processing Option switched on all journals created by R31802A carry the WO number as their subledger value.

For Issues to a work order the DR entry to a WIP account definitely requires the subledger so WIP can be fully subledgered. However the CR to Inventory doesn't need to be subledgered because this results in an ever growing number of CR subledger balances in the Inventory account that will never be naturally cleared.

Is there any way of controlling which accounts get subledgered transactions and which don't when R31802A is run?
