Cafe1 - Shared Role Different Display Results

We are using E1 9.2.5.2

There's a Cafe1 currently being used by many users whom all have the same role.

A new employee started and we assigned her the same role as the above user's share.

When selecting the proper Layout, she receives no results for cafe1. No panels are displayed.

The same result occurs in both in IE and Chrome.

Please advise what could cause this issue for a single user with shared role.

Name of Layout is IB with Planner Screens - RP
