Update Baseline WBS UDF's Missing

In P6 Professional 17.1 I made all my changes to the WBS and Activity Active Plan. I update baseline with WBS UDF's checked and when it completes, the WBS UDF's are not in the baseline and the ones that were there are now gone? Anybody else experience this issue?
