Automate Promotion of Entities Via Task flow

HFM 11.2.1

We are looking to automate promotion of entities from Start to Promote Review Level 1 and so on.

This has been setup via task flow and is working as expected , but the status is failed because we have some entities that are closed marked as Locked in HFM.

Is there an easy way to promote all the entities excluding the locked entities in Task Flow to that the task flow would be marked as successful?
