Instructor Term Workload page - issue with PI21

We are testing bug fixes delivered by image 21, and encountered this error after selecting a value on the search results page (nav = Curriculum Management > Instructor/Advisor Information >Instructor Term Workload)

Record must be a dynamic view to set custom SQL text (2,905) TERM_WORKLD.GBL.INSTRUCTOR_TERM.RowInit PCPC:2053 Statement:14

The SqlText property is only value for fields that use a dynamic view as the prompt record.

We've verified that the issue also exists in our demo instance as well as the delivered image 21 instance. We will open an SR soon.
