Company Options - Retrieve PDBA History system flag

Hello,

we are undertaking an apps upgrade - Update 5 and an issue was noticed during some testing. We have the Retrieve PDBA History system flag set to "1" in the Company 00000 options. This is to calculate the YTD for only the current TAXX ID for an employee. We have see an employee who has two records in the F06146 for the same company but with two different TAXX IDs. There are amounts on each record. When a payroll is ran the YTD is showing the total from both TAXX ID records, not just the value from the TAXX
