JavaScript error On Login/Landing page

Hi,

Recently we have experienced JavaScript errors on the login page for some, but not all users.

We tried multiple browsers, cleared app server and browser cache, and the issue was not resolved with that.

It doesn't seem like this is an Oracle-related bug since in another environment with the same patch level --Image34-- we aren't experiencing this issue.

Can you please let me know if you have run into a similar error before, or let me know if there is something I can check that would help me figure out what is causing this?
