Oracle user home password incorrect

Upgrading from 18c to 19c, I get to the point where it asks me for the oracle home user password, which I enter and it tells me it's not correct. I've verified the password is the same as the password for the oracle home user account. I even tried changing the password and restarting the installer and received the same error. When attempting to run the command line to change the password, it fails validation.


Anyone run in to this and figured something out? Scratching my head on this....
