for R 12.2.8 Projects we want to implement new feature 'Derive Legal Entity from Organizations' for Intercompany transactions

I have setup the Legal entities for Receiver and Provider and also setup Organizations and the Legal Establishments, for Provider Legal Entity Establishment in the Accounting setup manager page i have attached the Provider Organization in the Project and Expenditure Organization region and similarly want to attach the Receiver Organization to Receiver Legal Entity Establishment in the Accounting setup manager but in Project and Expenditure Organization region not able to find Provider Organization in LOV

Please assist if any setups are missing in GL ?
