ADDM consistently shows very high physical reads and direct reads for a table

Hello everybody, I am a newby here so I apologize if I miss something in my question.

I have a plain oracle instance, Enterprise Edition version 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit (Host has Microsoft OS).

·      db_block_size            = 8192

·      memory_target          = 2.634.022.912

·      open_cursors             = 300

·      processes                 = 300

My ADDM report is taken for one hour activity period, on four Mondays.

Every ADDM shows very high physical reads and direct reads for the same table . this is the core table of the application so no wonder it is so frequently accessed but I am a bit puzzled by the values I read.
