Configuring 19c single instance standby for primary RAC - network setup

Hello All

We have 4 database nodes

2 nodes TN1 and TN2 where we have multiple 19c RAC databases running. All the database share the ASM storage.

And 

2 more nodes FL1 and FL2 where we have multiple 19c RAC databases running. All the database share the ASM storage

Now, for one of the RAC databases running on TN1 and TN2, we need to create a single instance physical standby that would run on node FL1. We will use the ACTIVE DUPLICATION to create the standby database

Primary database DB_NAME is DBAP and DB_UNIQUE_NAME is DBAP_TN

Standby database DB_NAME would be DBAP and DB_UNIQUE_NAME would be DBAP_FL
