Unable to install Siebel 21.4

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) 3 comments

Hello,

I try to install Siebel 21.4 as a new installation.

I launch the installation with the following command :

./runInstaller.sh -invPtrLoc /home/siebel/oraInst.loc



At the end of graphical procedure, I click the button Install.


The box seems to be freezed but when I look at the Linux session, I see that I got an error :

SEVERE:Values for the following variables could not be obtained from the command line or response file(s):

 UNIX_GROUP_NAME(UnixInstallGroup)

Silent install cannot continue.

Has anyone had this problem before?
