California Meal Break- Time in and Time Out- New Supreme Court Guidelines
We are in the planning to implementing TL. We intend to use Payroll Timecard Punch(webclock feature) Layout. However, we want employees to enter In/Out time hours for their meal break also. What is the most effective way to implement that? Also if an Employee is not interested in meal break, he/she can opt out of meal break as Waive lunch. But if they click on Waive lunch, we want a legal message to be displayed saying that they have waived their lunch. Any suggestion or idea if anyone have implemented this.
