RUNJAVA is not working from Business rule

EPM 11.2.4 (New version)

OS Windows 2019

We noticed that RUNJAVA command is giving error after we migrate the business rules from 11.1.2.4 to new 11.2.4 version. Some of the business rules in our environment are sending email using the RUNJAVA from BR . It is working fine in old environment but in new environment, we are getting error "Entity Failed Validation. Data cannot be pushed to ...........". If we comment out the RUNJAVA code in BR then BR rules work fine.

We checked the BR and Planning logs but nothing is there. Here is the RUNJAVA script we are running from BR.

RUNJAVA com.oracle.essbase.cdf.SendMail
